Every year, fyi, we will step our foot in Cameron Highlands, Pahang.. *Boleh dikatakan kelebihan berkahwin dengan orang Kelantan kot* So every time we went back to daddy’s hometown, we will take opportunity to climb up the hill to CH (if we want to lar) on our way back to KL..

Last month, we were going back to Kelantan as my SIL doing the Kenduri Cukur Jambul and Doa Selamat for her new-born baby girl.. After everything was settled, we’re packing to CH before KL.. Nak berhenti berehat di CH sebelum continue our journey to KL..

We stayed in Parkland Hotel in Brinchang.. It’s a 3 stars hotel and we paid for Quad Room which consist of 1 king size and 1 single size bed.. I have made an online survey before selecting the hotel.. The main reason why I choose this hotel is that it’s in Brinchang area (near to pasar malam), provide Wi-Fi and it has nice and modern interior..

I just found that there were no wardrobe and hot water provided in the hotel room *it is only provided at the foyer for every level actually*.. Tak convenient langsung.. Plus the wi-fi was not at the good strength.. When you in the middle google -ing something, suddenly there was no connection.. Arrgghh.. Tension ok.. Personally, I think that the management need to do something by improving the service..

After having shower, we decided to stay in the hotel room until Maghrib prayer and planned to go to nearby Pasar Malam.. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and the Pasar Malam in CH is only on Saturday's nite.. As other option, daddy brought us to a Tom Yam restaurant owned by Kelantan people for dinner.. Sedap jugak la.. After fill in the tank, we went back to hotel room to have a good rest.. You know how it feels when you’re lying down in comfort bed with full of stomach rite.. Very comfy and felt very sleepy.. Hehe..

One thing that I realized in CH is the weather.. It is not cool as it was when I came in CH last December 2012.. Like everyone knows that there will be no fans or air-conditioner in the hotel room, I found that the temperature is bit high  I would say and it made us can’t slept well that nite.. Luckily it was raining and it help to cool down and blew away the heat..

The kids were woke up late that morning and we had our breakfast on 10 am.. The hotel restaurant was under renovation so daddy was out to the food court in front of the hotel to get nasi lemak for us.. And mommy packed all the things before we checked out..

Lokasi hotel ni sangat convenient sebab berdepan dengan food court and pasar raya..

 Ready to get out but refuse to wear jeans.. Macam mane tuh??

So we checked out from the hotel at 10 something am and climb up the hill again to buy strawberry (a MUST when you come to CH), vegetables (segar dan murah) and sweet potatoes.. Then we made our move down to KL right after mummy finished shopping.. 

There was a story actually before the vacation..

Initially, me and my fellow uni-frens had planned a reunion a month before.. As one of my fren who now study in overseas *Jepun ye* will be in Malaysia during that time, we thought that it will be a perfect time to chill and hang out together.. So we decided to have a short vacation in CH.. Everything was well planned and 2 hotel rooms were booked with deposit.. * Coincidentally, the date of the reunion is the same day with my SIL kenduri*

To cut short the story, the reunion need to be cancelled due to some personal reasons and circumstances.. But the stay need to be continued as the hotel room was paid earlier..  No refund from the hotel even though the cancellation has made a week before.. So it’s either we continue the vacation or just burn the deposit without getting any cents.. Oh tidak lah.. Sayang pulak nak burn duit macam tu je kan.. I try to negotiate with the hotel to postpone the date so that we can go to Kenduri and later on can continue the stay at the hotel a day after.. Alhamdulillah, boleh.. So we’re agreed to take only 1 room while the other one is cancel and of course burnt..

Kids' daily routine on weekdays:

Bangun tido - to babysitter's place smpai petang - balik rumah - Main-main, makan - Tido semula..

When weekends come, kakak ajak going to taman to play.. Nasib baik adek tak pandai cakap lagi.. Kalau tak, mesti bising.. Ajak keluar jugak.. 

I have to admit that we're not always have a time bringing kids to playground as we're working on Saturday.. We only have Sunday to have rest and bermalas-malasan dirumah.. 

This is what happen when those kids dapat menghabiskan masa di taman.. Sampai berebut-rebut nak naik slide..

Ok.. Kakak naik dulu, adek lambat..

 

 Usaha betul Iman nak naik.. Padahal ade je tangga..

We've spent 1.5 hours at the playground.. Lama jugak la kat sana.. Bagi chance to kids to enjoy their playtime to the fullest.. Before we went home, Iman saw a Bangladesh selling ice-cream using motorbike.. She persuaded daddy to belanja her an ice cream..

Our Love Nest..

Another backdated entry.. Been very busy these few weeks as the family matters taken into priority.. So blog entry have to Q.. huhu..

Alhamdulillah.. Finally, our first house is ready and the vacant possession hand over was given on 2^nd February 2013.. *Yeay* Both of us were very happy and excited to receive the keys as our 2 years waiting has come to the end.. As promised by the developer, they managed to finish the project within the time frame given.. I’ve been published the photo of our house and shared the excitement with my FB frens few weeks ago..

As to reminisce the old years, it is not in our plan at all to buy a house during that time.. But then, after thinking ahead of our future (and of course after considering the pros and cons), we finally decided to invest in this type of property.. If one day we found another house that catch our interest, then we will consider to sell this one.. or keep it.. I don't know.. 

Before this we always asked ourselves, can we afford to buy and own a house? As for now pun, we only rent an apartment for the family to stay in.. I did realized that our earnings is not big enough like orang lain and the truth is both of us were working in manufacturing line.. Alhamdulillah, we still have a job with good incomes.. And manage to buy a house.. Walaupun tak se gah and as big as rumah orang lain.. But then it's ours..

So we bought this house in early 2011 and now in 2013 it is ready to be in.. Rumah siap hati gumbira.. Hehe.. When I received a call from the developer on that day, I was like homaigod.. my house.. Dah siap ke?? Betul ke?? Betul ni?? Mesti orang yang kol tu cakap biar betol pompuan nih.. Eksaited semacam je.. Hehe.. Tak pun die da biase dengar reaksi macam tuh bile kol owner.. So ok fine..

The condition of the house is totally nil.. So many things need to be equipped and installed before we can move in.. According to our plan, no major renovation at the moment due to our tight budget.. We will only do the basic things as to ensure that we can enter the house as soon as possible..

Basic things need to be done:
~Install grill for doors, sliding doors and windows – for safety reason.
~Equip fans and lighting - ye la takkan nak guna lilin n berkipaskan tangan ye dakk?? huhu..
~Install curtains for all sliding doors and windows - teringt zaman umah sewa dulu.. gune cadar wat langsir.. nostalgia sungguh..

*plus daddy insisted to do tinted to the sliding doors and windows.. tu dikira basic ke?? hehe..

Starting next month, we need to pay the apartment’s rent and installment for this house at the same time.. That is the reason why we need to move into the house ASAP.. As daddy says, if we can save RM550 then why on earth we need to waste it for every month, rite?? With minimum budget, we need to plan properly what to buy so that worth every penny spent..Tak la membazir untuk benda-benda yang lagha.. Huhu..

As I’m writing this post, we have do nothing to the house except for purchased curtains and engaged with the contractors to do tinted to the windows.. That's all.. hihi.. Don't ask me when is it the exact time to move in coz I have no idea when.. There is much to do to the house.. hehe..

Short Weekend..

Shah Alam – Kuala Kubu Bahru (KKB) – Port Dickson (PD) – Klang – Shah Alam.. Yes, we made it in one day uolls.. Saturday kene kerja so ada Sunday je nak berjimba-jimba.. Hehe..

 We started the journey to Kuala Kubu Bahru early in the morning, 7.00am as I have bengkel to attend.. Bengkel kecantikan kau.. huhu.. Specifically it was a make-up class organized by Persatuan Wanita Berdaya (PWB) in Balai Raya Kampung Kelapa, KKB .. Diorang pun ada facebook tau.. Just search for PWB KKB, mesti jumpe.. Banyak activiti yang dianjurkan tau.. Still remembered one of my frens said, kelass kau nyah.. haha.. Keras-keras pun nak make up ke?? She really knew me better since we’re in uni before.. Haha..

Million thanks to daddy coz he allows me to join the bengkel, sending me to KKB and taking care of the kids that day.. We actually brought the kids together and to kill the time daddy brought them to playground and strolling around the kampung while mommy was having the class.. The activity started late as scheduled and ended at 1pm..

As soon as the event ended, we straight headed to PD as my two siblings were waiting for us since morning.. Actually, my sister in law did called me a night before and invited us to have a picnic in PD like last time we have it.. Unfortunately tak boleh make it early.. But, tetap nak join.. Actually, I'm very excited to go there as I wanted Umar walking, playing and feeling with the beach sands.. Hoho.. I never bring him to any beaches to do so.. Iman da selalu pergi beach.. Dah pernah jejak pasir pantai.. We reached PD at about 4.00pm.. Sembang-sembang jap.. Makan-makan.. Then, I let the kids to have their own time walking around the area..

Iman was so eager to mandi.. Like she said.. Mommy nak mandi, sambil striping off her baju.. At first, I was hesitated to let Iman mandi coz I’m not around to watch her in the water.. But then, my brother ada, my sister in law pun ada to take care of her.. Both me and husband didn’t bring extra cloths so we didn’t mandi pantai this time.. I just followed and watched them for a far.. Tau-tau je Iman dah berendam.. I can see that Iman really enjoy her mandi pantai.. So did Umar..

I can’t let them playing in the water too long as the weather is still scorching hot.. Bagi rasa je macam mane air laut.. hehe.. I don’t want both Iman and Umar having sun burn tho.. Tak elok untuk kids.. haha.. So I brought them up and we're just sitting at the hut while waiting for them to naik.. We’re waiting for about 2 hours for them to show up.. The kids dah mengamuk nak lari sana sini.. Ended up daddy asked me to wait in the car as they cannot be controlled anymore.. Punya la lame diorang ni mandi pantai.. Tak takut sunburn ke?? Haih..

We left PD at 8.00 pm and heading back to KL.. Thought of having seafood as our dinner.. My brother suggested his favorite place which is Yok Mampir Restaurant.. The restaurant situated in Rantau Panjang, Klang.. A place with good taste and affordable price he said.. We had Ikan Kembung 3 rasa (2 pax), Tom Yam Poktek, Sup Ekor, Kailan Ikan Masin (2 pax), Telur Dadar (2 pax), Daging goreng kunyit (2 pax) and nasi puteh for 8 pax.. TWe mainly ordered air buah, abc and laici kang for drinks.. And they only charged us RM73 for that.. Murah kan..

We safely arrived home late at nite at 12.00pm.. I have to rush preparing the kids stuff for next day coz I'm working on Public Holiday (Thaipusam)!!! Ggrrrrrr...

Sangat jeles when thinking that daddy will have a good rest and sleep for next whole day.. Huh..

Personally, I really appreciate the time that we spent together.. Walaupun sekejap.. Everyone has their own life and family.. Semua dah kahwin.. Semua da kerja.. So this is the only time that we can share with our loved ones.. Really missed those old time while we're young.. Huhu..
