It happened to us last week.. Daddy just arrived home late that day.. And mummy just about to fall asleep while the kids were playing just beside her.. 

Suddenly mummy heard something big crashed.. It sounded very loud and it’s really woke mummy up spontaneously.. Without thinking so much and delayed any longer,  mummy quickly get the kids and brought them outside.. They were no ideas why mummy distracted their playing time.. Iman was wondering why mummy brought her out and keep asking nape mummy so many times.. She will not stop until someones answered her.. Haish Iman ni.. Mummy tengah saspen ni..

Daddy was in the kitchen during that time.. Mummy quickly called him and asked him to check what was really happened inside? The sound was coming from the master bedroom.. To our surprise, we clearly saw that the tiles were cracking here and there and it scared me to the max..

Some point of views say that this is due to #1 earth movement either by earth itself or explosive effects due to #2 underground gases accumulations from decaying plants or animals underground.. In happens especially in landed property.. But then we are now staying in the apartment.. So I would assumed that it’s because of reason #1..

This is what Daddy did to the broken tiles.. 

The MB's door is now closed at all time as we don't want the kids enter the room and get injured because of the broken tiles..

Now we are in the process to move into our new house.. We only have less than a month to settle everything as to prepare the house as a ‘home’.. You know what I mean right.. Pray that Allah will simplify the way for us.. Amin..

Our Love Nest..

Another backdated entry.. Been very busy these few weeks as the family matters taken into priority.. So blog entry have to Q.. huhu..

Alhamdulillah.. Finally, our first house is ready and the vacant possession hand over was given on 2^nd February 2013.. *Yeay* Both of us were very happy and excited to receive the keys as our 2 years waiting has come to the end.. As promised by the developer, they managed to finish the project within the time frame given.. I’ve been published the photo of our house and shared the excitement with my FB frens few weeks ago..

As to reminisce the old years, it is not in our plan at all to buy a house during that time.. But then, after thinking ahead of our future (and of course after considering the pros and cons), we finally decided to invest in this type of property.. If one day we found another house that catch our interest, then we will consider to sell this one.. or keep it.. I don't know.. 

Before this we always asked ourselves, can we afford to buy and own a house? As for now pun, we only rent an apartment for the family to stay in.. I did realized that our earnings is not big enough like orang lain and the truth is both of us were working in manufacturing line.. Alhamdulillah, we still have a job with good incomes.. And manage to buy a house.. Walaupun tak se gah and as big as rumah orang lain.. But then it's ours..

So we bought this house in early 2011 and now in 2013 it is ready to be in.. Rumah siap hati gumbira.. Hehe.. When I received a call from the developer on that day, I was like homaigod.. my house.. Dah siap ke?? Betul ke?? Betul ni?? Mesti orang yang kol tu cakap biar betol pompuan nih.. Eksaited semacam je.. Hehe.. Tak pun die da biase dengar reaksi macam tuh bile kol owner.. So ok fine..

The condition of the house is totally nil.. So many things need to be equipped and installed before we can move in.. According to our plan, no major renovation at the moment due to our tight budget.. We will only do the basic things as to ensure that we can enter the house as soon as possible..

Basic things need to be done:
~Install grill for doors, sliding doors and windows – for safety reason.
~Equip fans and lighting - ye la takkan nak guna lilin n berkipaskan tangan ye dakk?? huhu..
~Install curtains for all sliding doors and windows - teringt zaman umah sewa dulu.. gune cadar wat langsir.. nostalgia sungguh..

*plus daddy insisted to do tinted to the sliding doors and windows.. tu dikira basic ke?? hehe..

Starting next month, we need to pay the apartment’s rent and installment for this house at the same time.. That is the reason why we need to move into the house ASAP.. As daddy says, if we can save RM550 then why on earth we need to waste it for every month, rite?? With minimum budget, we need to plan properly what to buy so that worth every penny spent..Tak la membazir untuk benda-benda yang lagha.. Huhu..

As I’m writing this post, we have do nothing to the house except for purchased curtains and engaged with the contractors to do tinted to the windows.. That's all.. hihi.. Don't ask me when is it the exact time to move in coz I have no idea when.. There is much to do to the house.. hehe..

apakah rumah idaman hati anda?? apartment kah?? kondo kah?? teres kah?? banglo kah?? pape pun bleh.. hihi.. yg penting carilah rumah mengikut kemampuan dan keselesaan anda sekeluarga.. mungkin tujuan kita membeli rumah adalah berbeza.. ade yg baru nak memiliki rumah (ai la tuh).. ade yg nak beli satu lagi untuk wat pelaburan masa dpn.. ade yg beli satu lagi untuk menjalankan business cthnye wat homestay dan bnyk lagi..

kronologi cite pasal umah ni adalah kitorg p shopping brg dapur kat Giant Shah Alam.. pastu nmpk bnyk umah2 utk dimiliki.. teringin gak nak ade umah sendiri kan.. so try bagi name kat bdk2 sales tu sbb seme umah yg kitorg minat da penuh.. uhuk2.. bnyk gak tmpt yg kitorg tercari2.. last2 hubby jumpe iklan umah nih kat mudah.com.. dlm mase yg same, salesman kat Giant tuh ade kol ckp ade lot yg kosong, tp kitrg give up sbb da terjatuh chenta ngan umah yg kitrg nak apply nih..

lepas tgk2 iklan tuh, hubby sgt2 teruja.. siap print lagi brochure tu so that ai bleh tgk esok pagi.. ai da tdo mase tuh.. die survey umah ni sampai kol 3 pagi hokey.. bersemangat tol.. sok pagi, awl2 pg mcm tuh, hubby kol salesman umah nih, tnye ade lagi x lot kosong.. sedeynye die ckp da abes.. uhuk2.. tp die ckp leh tgk lu umah tuh n dont wori, mesti adenye loan reject.. ai n en hasben pun perpakat nak p tgk malamnye.. ai ajak adek ai n wife die skali.. kot2 diorg pun berminat nak duk kat situ.. leh duk sebelah menyebelah.. huhu..

sgt cantek hokey umah tuh.. bg ai la.. mmg la show unit kene chantek kan.. modern n xclusive.. xkan nak wat cikai2 je.. ble da masuk n wat site visit, ai pun ckp kat hubby, ai nak gak umah nih.. ai xkire.. ai nak gak.. huhu.. bleh x?? hihi.. mlm tuh gak ai msk waiting list (no 6 hokey) n byr dep RM100.. nmpk bersemangat x?? huhu.. untuk menamatkan perbualan kami, en salesman tuh kate, die akan kol kitorg if ade org yg kene reject loan.. ai sgt2 berharap ade yg kene reject.. hahaha.. jahat x ai.. xkan.. niat yg suci ape.. untuk memiliki umah idaman.. haha..

untuk menambahkan kegembiraan ai, last saturday, en salesman tu kol ai.. die kate ade lot kosong sbb ade loan org kene reject.. haha.. mimpi menjadi kenyataan.. encik tuh soh submit document untuk apply loan.. tu yg p mlm td tuh.. sgt berharap, kalo ade rezeki lulus la loan kami.. so kawan2, please pray for us k..
